Even worse than I thought?
Could the situation actually be worse than I thought? I just read this:
“In Miami-Dade County alone, 8,000 new condo units will be completed this year and nearly 12,000 more in 2008.”

Some investors are wiggling their way out by finding loopholes in the contract. One guy who put a deposit on a preconstruction condo claims he was promised a view which now won’t exist because of new construction all around. I have a hard time trying to do something like that…take it like a man I think…if the market hadn’t soured this guy would be thrilled if he could make some profit…even if it would have been a higher profit without the surrounding buildings.
