Miami Condo Fiasco

I have some good news. A good friend of mine told me he would like to go 50/50 on the condo if I have to close. That is welcome news at a time I’m trying to make ends meet. He said even if each of us has to put out a couple of hundred bucks a month, in a few years the place will definitely be worth more. I’ve believed that all along. It’s nice to get some help. That means the we can rent it out, get as much as we can for it per month, pay the mortgage then split the taxes and condo fee.
