So this is the headline this morning: S. Fla. condo, home sales continue drop Here is the summary:

Condominium sales in June compared to the same month a year ago:  dropped more than 50 percent

Number of existing Miami-Dade single-family houses sold in June compared with a year ago:  dropped 47 percent 

Single-family houses and condos listed for sale: 77,000

Single-family houses and condos listed for sale this time last year: 50,000
