Condo Auction
I was shocked to hear that an auctioneer in Miami can sell 20 condos a day. I guess if the price is right… I was equally shocked to learn that even though the number of condos sold has dropped by 52% from last year this time, the prices have increased by 7%. The current median is $275,000!
