Interesting how the official website for the plaza went back online. A friend of mine was telling me that contractually, they have an obligation to market the building. The website is an important marketing tool…they probably realized that lawsuits might ensue and put the site back up….good move Related…

I just got a letter in the mail from The Plaza on Brickell asking me if I wouldn’t be interested in buying ‘the use of additional covered parking spaces’. Sure… let me dish out some more money into the pit. Outrageous.

I just read an article about builder Renzo Renzi who is trying to add 150 units to the Beacon at Brickell Village. They mentioned our beloved Plaza:
