Investor buying condos at 70% of market value
I just read an article about Joseph Long who is putting together investors to raise $700 million and go on a real estate shopping spree in south Florida. According to one article, he already proposed to buy a bunch of condos at a 30% discount but was turned down since the builder preferred to go to auction…”A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush” mean anything to you!?!?
