Questions Questions Questions

My story has been featured on a couple of blogs yesterday and the number 1 comment is regarding the legality of selling unsecured shares blah blah blah. Well luckily I’m not doing that so I’m not concerned. The point is, buy at your own risk. By law I cannot (and do not) give any kind of written guarantees. Now supposing that in the year 2015 I sell the unit for a million bucks, I can reward anyone I want. Factor in the taxes I paid and other expenses, who knows what that would be. So all these people who spent $35.50 are gonna be knocking on my door wanting their $35.50 back plus x? Until an attorney, working pro bono of course, tells me I am allowed to guarantee that, I won’t put that in writing.
For now, if you’re not interested in a link, a nice certificate to go next to your lunar real estate certificate, and if you don’t trust me, well don’t spend the $35.50. Pretty simple. Ok, feel free to ask questions, and the pro bono lawyer invitation remains open
By the way, check out the links so far.
