1 week Left till I lose the condo
This is it folks. I got the letter from Related that closing is on June 6th. Pretty sad. 99% chance I will walk. Had an idea to do a reverse auction. More on that later today.

Still not too late to talk to a lawyer and try to find a way out of the contract.

If your lawyer even threatens a lawsuit, they probably give you $20,000 back just to avoid the hassle.

How do you expect to sell your condo if you dont put some photos, description, floor, view, etc? Which is the floor? how many bedrooms?
