FAQs
- Do I get my money back?
- What do I get when I pay you $35.50?
- How long will the links be up?
- Is this legal?
- Why aren’t there more links on the page if you have so many sold?
Maybe. I would certainly like to pay anyone who pays me the $35.50 back with any appreciation but I am prohibited by law to do so as this would easily be interpreted as offering of securities. Registering this type of offer is costly and time consuming. I am actually in the process of exploring this legal option but in the meantime I cannot make any formal commitment. You are welcome to take a chance, there are certainly many other benefits to buying the link from CondoFiasco that are by far more valuable than getting your money back when I sell the property many years from now.
When you pay me $35.50 through CondoFiasco you get a link from my site and a receipt mailed to you. This is an opportunity to get some traffic to your website as well as an SEO boost. This is particularly interesting to webmasters. Recently someone made a point that the link on the map page would not offer much SEO value and I recognize that there may be some truth to that so I offer anyone who buys a link to also add a post. The post is an opportunity to add any content about your site including photos and other information. People pay alot more than $35 for a post these days.
As long as CondoFiasco is up…maybe a very long time. I can’t make too many promises here but I can tell you I have no intentions of ever taking the site down.
Yes. People sell links all the time.
I am counting my $70k deposit against the total $355,000 so that’s why say they are sold. I don’t anything to link to.

When you first put the offering up you had 1,971 shares available.
Now you have 9 link units sold but still only 1,971 shares available.
Are you lying and just put up those 9 as examples? or is the the thing not updating and it should really read 1,962?

I have a great idea!!!!
Put all the money you make from sold shares into a CD at 5.5% interest.
Lets assume now you have 1,200 dollars.
After one year you would have 1200 + 121 dollars in interest.
You can keep the 1200, and pay back 3 original share holders there 35.50.
Basically, YOU GET TO PAY BACK THE SHAREHOLDERS WITH INTEREST AND GET TO KEEP THE ORIGINAL MONEY TO BUILD INTEREST AGAIN FOR NEXT YEAR!
THE MORE SHARES YOU SELL, THE MORE INTEREST, THE MORE PEOPLE YOU PAY BACK ON INTEREST ONLY WHILE KEEPING ALL THE ORIGINAL MONEY!
What do you think of this idea?
